A man has died following a single-vehicle crash at Booerie Creek.
This is the second accident at Booerie Creek after a motorcycle crashed crashed into a guard rail, leaving a 55-year-old in a serious but stable condition on Thursday.
About 5.15pm yesterday evening (Saturday 29 July 2023), emergency services were again called to Nimbin Road, Booerie Creek, following reports a Great Wall station wagon had lost control and rolled before hitting a tree.
NSW Ambulance paramedics attended, and the driver was declared deceased. He is yet to be formally identified.
Officers from Richmond Police District established a crime scene which has been forensically examined.
An investigation is underway into the circumstances surrounding the crash and a report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
