One of the biggest complaints regarding the February flood recovery is Grants (co-funded by the State and Federal governments but implemented by the State government), whether it be the lack of options, the application process or the slow payment process.
Next week, you can tell your problems to the NSW State Government in person or make a new application if you are a resident, a business owner or a primary producer.
Bookings can be made for the Flood Grant Support Sessions by calling Service NSW on 13 77 88.
The sessions will be held this Monday 6 June to Friday, 10 June at the Lismore Workers Sports Club at 202 Oliver Avenue, Goonellabah.
Grant specialists and Business Concierges will be on hand to offer support and help with any questions.

Service NSW also suggests checking what documentation is required for application, including proof of address at the time of the flood (drivers license, rates notice,), and photographs from inside and outside the property, along with specific documentation that may be required, e.g. statements showing a decline in business income from after the flood period.
