The weather is perfect and the stage is set for the 2022 Shopbaby Carols In The Heart at Nesbitt Park, South Lismore this afternoon.



Record crowds are expected as the Lismore community comes together to relax, unwind and have some fun at the end of the toughest year in our history.


Here's what you need to know.


There will be loads of entertainment for kids with a range of free jumping castles and obstacle courses. Local face painters will work their magic, painting all kinds of wonderful designs that the kids are sure to love.



Screen print a t-shirt or a tote bag at the Tees and Totes stall with the team from Nedlands Studio.


There will be local food trucks cooking up a storm, ready to feed the whole family. These include: Junkyard BBQ, Taste of Indonesia, Authentic South Indian, Lions Club Lismore, Wondersnow Northern Rivers, Byron Bay Twister, Space Bars and Coffee Addiction.


The amazing musical entertainment will be by JD Smith from the Ten Tenors and Cosima De Vito along with some of our local talented musicians will also be performing some classic Christmas tunes throughout the evening.



The night will conclude with an unforgettable laser spectacular courtesy of the Lismore Workers Club.


HART Services will be providing free community transport to Shopbaby Carols in the Heart.



HART will run free shuttle busses to and from the Shopbaby Carols in the Heart at Nesbitt Park on Sunday, 11 December, allowing the whole community to come together, sing and be merry.


Buses will be running from the Goonellabah shops, the Lismore Square and the Transit Centre from 4pm then returning from around 7pm.


Those who are unable to get on a bus, are asked to phone HART Services to make alternative arrangements.

Shopbaby Carols in the Heart is on this afternoon (Sunday, 11 December) from 4.30pm-9pm at Nesbitt Park, South Lismore.


All you need to bring is plenty of Christmas spirit.
