The $100 worth of Dine and Discover NSW vouchers are set to hit Lismore and Northern Rivers postcodes in the coming weeks.

What we need is more Lismore cafe's, restaurants and entertainment venues to register their business to give people more choice as to where they spend their 4 x $25 vouchers.

A check on the NSW Government website shows nine (9) businesses that have registered so far. Only registered businesses will be able to accept the Dine and Discover vouchers. So far those businesses are:

• Masala Fusion Indian Restaurant
• Bluey's Cafe
• Thai Satay Hut
• Stockpot Kitchen
• Banzai Japanese Restaurant
• Dirty's
• Spotted Pig
• McDonalds and
• BCC Cinema's in the entertainment area.

For businesses to register they must have an ABN be registered for GST, they must be registered as COVID Safe and have a COVID-19 Safety Plan in place.

If your favourite eatery is not on this list tell them to get on the Service NSW website and register now.

This applies to entertainment businesses also like Rollerworld, 10 Pin Bowling, Scenic Tours and Live Music venues like NORPA.

While we, the public wait for the day we can claim our 4 x $25 vouchers to use at the registered businesses, here is a reminder of the rules to use your vouchers:

• 2 x $25 Dine NSW Vouchers for dining in at restaurants, cafés, bars, wineries, pubs or clubs. These can be used from Monday to Thursday. 
• 2 x $25 Discover NSW Vouchers for entertainment and recreation, including cultural institutions, live music, and arts venues. These can be used 7 days a week.

The vouchers:

• can be used once
• cannot be used on public holidays
• are valid until 30 June 2021.
