The Northern NSW Local Health District has increased its confirmed cases of coronavirus by 2 to 53.

It has not been named which specific local health districts these cases occurred. The last confirmed count for Lismore from the NSW Health website says 5, as of this afternoon.

A reminder that the Lismore Base Hospital Fever Clinic remains open every day over Easter from 10am to 6pm if you develop or are suffering from any of the following symptoms;

• A fever
• A cough
• A sore throat
• Shortness of breath

Then you should seek medical attention.

In NSW there were 44 new cases in the last 24 hours to 8pm Friday April 10 bringing the total confirmed cases to 2,857 with 23 deaths. A 91 year old female with pre-existing conditions passed away in hospital.
