Those who use Hinterland Way at St Helena will experience changed traffic conditions next week when Transport for NSW carry out slope stabilisation work just east of the intersection with St Helena Road.
Work starting Monday, 17 March will be carried out weekdays from 6am to 6pm with some work possible between 6am and 6pm Saturdays.
Work is expected to be complete by July, weather permitting.
Single lane, alternating traffic flow arrangements and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place during work hours for the safety of workers and road users. A speed limit of 60km/h will be in place outside work hours.
Motorists are advised to allow up to five minutes extra travel time, drive to traffic conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
