Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from next week for maintenance and repairs on the Bruxner Highway at Tabulam, including culvert outlet repairs, table drain cleaning and improvements, and sign installation.

Work will start on Monday, 4 August and be carried out from 7am to 6pm on weekdays, and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays, and is expected to be completed by Friday, 29 August, weather permitting.

Single lane, alternating traffic flow arrangements and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place during work hours for the safety of workers and road users. Outside work hours, a reduced speed limit of 60km/h will be in place.

Motorists are advised to allow up to five minutes’ extra travel time, drive to traffic conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
