The 2024 Casino Food Co-op Beef Week is in countdown mode, there are 7 weeks until Casino's premier event hits the streets of the beef capital of Northern NSW.

One of the standout events within Beef Week is the Industry Dinner. This year, the Bindaree Food Group is sponsoring the Industry Dinner which is set down for Thursday, 23rd May at The Clydesdale Motel and Steakhouse, from 6:00 pm. This event is set to be an evening of culinary excellence, insightful discussions, and unparalleled networking opportunities.

Event Highlights:

• Welcome in Style: Attendees will be greeted with exquisite canapes and a welcome drink, setting the tone for a memorable evening.
• A Culinary Journey: A three-course gourmet dinner showcasing the finest Bindaree beef products will be served, celebrating the flavour and quality that Bindaree is known for.

• Industry Panel Discussion: Hosted by Larry Anthony, former Federal Minister and MP for Richmond and the immediate past President of the Nationals, this panel will delve into the current state and future of the beef industry, featuring insights from industry leaders.
