Gemma Campbell contacted the Lismore App through Instagram in the hope of re-uniting Jack with his owner/s after being rescued in the flood on Monday, February 28.
Jack is an 11-year-old Jack Russell that was rescued by Gemma's partner Scott Noble who was one of the heroes that day saving people and pets in his kayak (read Scott's rescue story here).
Gemma has used social media without a result and has turned to us and the Lismore App readers to help Jack find his owners.
Jack was rescued between Hayward and Parkes Street, Girards Hill.
He was wearing a black studded collar with no name tag.
Animal Rights and Rescue scanned his microchip and were able to share his details with Gemma and Scott but unfortunately, the mobile was turned off and the landline rang out.
Gemma describes Jack as "a sweet little old man, he likes going on walks, squeaky toys and going to bed early."
If you know who Jack's owner is please email simon@lismoreapp.com.au and we will put you in touch with Gemma and Scott.
