Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from tonight on the Bruxner Highway. Areas near Wollongbar, Mcleans Ridges and Ballina will see reduced speed limits while Transport NSW carries out maintenance work to ensure the highway remains in a safe condition for motorists.
Overnight maintenance and repair work will be carried out near Ballina on the Pacific Motorway interchange from 6pm on Wednesday 19 May to 3am on Thursday 20 May, weather permitting.
One eastbound lane of the Bruxner Highway will be closed during work hours with traffic control and a reduced speed limit in place for the safety of workers and motorists.
Overnight maintenance and repair work will be carried out west of Wollongbar, near the intersection with McLeans Ridges Road, from 6pm Thursday 20 May to 3am on Friday 21 May, weather permitting.
One lane of the Bruxner Highway will be closed with alternating flow arrangements, traffic control and a reduced speed limit in place during work hours for the safety of road users and workers.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
