The Marist Brothers Rams will play their final catch-up match before moving on to the NRRRL Semi-Finals, when they host the Tweed Heads Seagulls on Sunday at Oakes Oval.
The Rams sit in second place on the ladder and a win will see them secure a second chance at finals football.
The Seagulls are in ninth position and will end their season on Sunday.
Brothers have made a number of changes to their lineup, with finals in mind.
Noah King will start at five-eighth and Latrell Hampton will replace Shallin Fuller, who moves to the bench.
The Rams will look to return to winning form after back-to-back losses to the Bilambil Jets and Ballina in recent weeks
The day will start at 12:50pm with the Ladies League Tag and the First Grade match will follow at 2:00pm.
In other catch-up matches from Round 5, Bilambil will host Casino in what could have a huge impact on the semi-final makeup.
A win for Casino would push them into fourth, with Ballina dropping to fifth and a Bilambil win puts pressure on Brothers in second spot, with just one competition point separating the two sides.
The other matches see Murwillumbah host Lower Clarence and Tweed Coast will travel to Kyogle to take on the Turkeys.
