Sirens were heard in the Lismore CBD this afternoon as three ambulances responded to a crash on Molesworth Street.

A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said that one person been struck by vehicle and had been taken by ambulance to Lismore Base Hospital.

The spokesperson said the person’s age was not confirmed - but the person is believed to have leg and abdomen injuries.

The Lismore App contacted local police who said they would not comment about the incident.
