If you have been flood affected, or volunteering in the clean up, you may be are feeling exhausted mentally and physically.

To help out, an Exhaustion Relief Clinic clinic made up of skilled body workers will be on hand tomorrow, Saturday March 12, at Southern Cross University Evacuation Centre, in East Lismore.

There will be a team of over 20 highly skilled body workers who will offer physical hands on treatments.

There are also nurses to assist with wound care and a midwife to help with any pregnancy/feeding concerns.

There are also two paediatric chiros for kids and babies, to help their little nervous systems and a paediatric naturopath/acupuncturist

Some supplements have been donated from generous companies - to support physical and mental exhaustion.

One of the clinic organsiers said because some people still don’t have vehicles, there will be some cars going around town to offer lifts.

The clinic is located in Block from 11am. More dates for body work to follow.

You can walk in, or soon they will have a number for you to call to book to a spot - or to nominate someone you know is in need.
