Keen Street has seen some action in the last three months with new businesses reopening, brand new businesses opening, some businesses moving into the street and others that have left.
Blooms The Chemist is one of the leavers after 13 years in the same location.
The last time the Lismore App spoke to owner Elaine Unsworth, she had just reopened in the front part of the Keen Street shopfront with people able to pick up their drugs and get a flu shot.
(Blooms reopen in June of this year)
"Three floods, done, out," were the first words of Elaine.
As is the case with a lot of flood damaged buildings around Lismore, especially when a person or family owns multiple properties, some owners are not willing or are unable to fix the property. This was the case for Elaine.
"We had that small front of shop and we had one of the store rooms out the back as our dispensary and when the landlord said they didn't want to do anything with the building, we started looking for something else while working for six months out of Keen Street."
"It only took five weeks for the shop fit out which was pretty good."

For those that haven't seen the new Blooms The Chemist shop in the Wyrallah Road Shopping Centre, it is in the old Wellways shop under the clock, so first on the left as drive into the centre, next to the Post Office.
Elaine explained that in the pharmacy industry they are really regulated as to what they can do and how far they can go in terms of distance.
"For relocation, you can only go 1.5kms. Ideally I would have liked to go a lot higher and this is just at 1.5 so it worked out well."
"So many of our customers have come with us and a lot of them actually live in this area too which you don't realise when you're down there."
"Reborn" is the term Eliane used to describe the new environment in East Lismore.
"It was pretty hard working under those conditions down there. The staff are also so happy for the move."
