Ballina Shire Council has announced the auction of nine serviced industrial lots within the Southern Cross Industrial Estate, Ballina – enabling new business opportunities and supporting sustainable economic growth in the region.

The lots range in size from 1,527m² to 4,492m² and are conveniently located directly opposite the Ballina Homemaker Centre, and just one kilometre from the Ballina Byron Gateway Airport.

The lots are level, zoned E4 General Industrial and have all services connected.

Council said, "Don’t miss this rare opportunity to secure new industrial land in Ballina."

A public auction will be held on Wednesday 30 April 2025 at the Lennox Head Cultural Centre, Park Lane, Lennox Head. Registration opens at 5 pm, with the auction commencing at 6 pm.
