The second major flood event in a month has meant that quite a few businesses needed a few days to clean out their shop fronts or work premises before reopening to the public.

Two Minds Clinical Practice is a psychology practice based in Lismore. Our clinic on Molesworth Street was damaged by flooding and has closed. To enable us to resume face-to-face services, we have relocated to Goonellabah. We will be operating out of the Lismore GP Super Clinic (33-35 Rous Rd Goonellabah) from Monday 21st March 2022. We have recently had new practitioners start, and have vacancies for new clients needing support during this challenging time. Fundies Lismore will reopen on Keen Street! Our team have made huge progress in clearing out the store of debris, hosing down and cleaning for a complete rebuild.

We hope to have an update in the coming weeks of a reopening date, and are working closely with local trades & suppliers to organise materials and fixtures. Access to power in the street has been the main concern for us at this stage, but we remain positive we can start to rebuild soon. We will have our Naturopath service back up and running as well, to provide much-needed wellbeing support.

Music Bizarre on Magellan Street will also be reopening although l can't give a time frame just yet.

Atomic Hair Studio in Wyrallah Road Shopping Centre, East Lismore will be opening again once the salon has been refitted. Thanks for everyone’s support. 

Lickiss Fabrications We will be back to help rebuild the town. We are still clearing everything out and the clean up continues. We are available now for anyone that needs assistance with removing glass or temporarily securing your premises where we can. We will soon how the power we need to check our machinery and have a bit more of an idea as to when we will be back to normal, hopefully very soon. Our showroom and office won’t be open to the public for some time but you can contact us on 66212351.

The Bookwarehouse Lismore We are coming back! In the ‘never say die’ spirit for which Lismore and her residents are known we are repairing, replacing, restoring and re-opening our Keen Street store. Unlike the 2017 flood when we were able to open three weeks later, we estimate it will be two to three months until our doors are open and we can once again welcome you into our refurbished shop.
