The Marist Brothers Rams have made a clean sweep of all three grades against the Evans Head Bombers on Saturday.
The First Grade side are on a roll at present, winning their last six matches and took their time laying a foundation against the Bombers outfit.
The two sides traded tries early, with the Bombers scoring first through Zacharia Roberts before Rams Captain Mitchell Krause scored in the 10th minute.
Evans Head returned the favour before winger Damon Caldwell scored for Brothers, and the scoreboard attendant was busy with 4 tries in the first 15 minutes.
Halfback Shallin Fuller and backrower Nathan Stewart crossed again for the Rams before halftime to give Brothers a 22-10 lead at the break.
Second half tries to Henry Lee, Jye Davis and Cooper Love pushed the score out to 38-10 before a consolation try to former Ram Aidan Kennedy on fulltime pushed the final score to 38-14.
The Rams will leapfrog Bilambil into second place on the NRRRL ladder after the win, with the Jets going down to Cudgen on Sunday afternoon.
The Ramettes Ladies League Tag side had a huge win over the Bombers, running out 60-0 winners.
Winger Samantha Hughes crossed for 5 tries in the big win.
Reserve Grade managed to make it a clean sweep of wins for Marist Brothers when they took a 22-6 victory at Stan Payne Oval.
Marist Brothers will host the Murwillumbah Mustangs next weekend at Crozier Field and will look to continue the winning streak.
