Lismore Thistles have returned to John Ryan Field for the first time since the floods devastated parts of East Lismore in February and March.
And the return to their home pitch was just what was needed to get the Men's Premier League sides season back on track.
Thistles secured a 2-0 victory over the Goonellabah Hornets with goals to Isaac Essery and Dean Marshall.

The victories continued with the Women's Premier League team defeating South Lismore 7-1 on Sunday.
In other Men's Premier League matches, South Lismore and Byron Bay played out a 1-1 draw, with Ezra Frost scoring the lone goal for Souths who were boosted by good numbers back for the Premier League side.

Richmond Rovers had a convincing 4-1 win over Mullumbimby Brunswick Valley FC, with goals to Caleb Wilmoth, Joel Hardwick and two to Joel Wilson.
Alstonville and Maclean fought out a 2-2 all draw, with goals for Villa scored by Joel Perkins and James Titcume.
Tuesday night sees Richmond Rovers host Goonellabah to complete Round 14.
