Seeking a Barista who is passionate about specialty coffee and with a keen interest to work with an emerging small-batch roasting company.

We require a seasoned Barista with a broad knowledge of all aspects of the coffee industry and who’s looking to take lead on bar at timbré Lismore.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of coffee quality assurance, including working directly with roasting team.
• Dialling in coffee, creating brew recipes, and maintaining service standards.
• Working alongside roaster in developing profiles.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of service and delivery of all coffee and shop operations.

Qualifications & experience

• 2-3 Years Barista Experience
• Accredited Barista Training
• Supervisor or management experience.
• Retail experience a bonus
