About the opportunity
Join Southern Cross University’s Student Administration Services as we seek to appoint multiple positions to provide administrative support during the student lifecycle, with a focus on enhancing our student experience.
The Student Administration Officer plays a critical role in providing quality service to students as the first point of contact in a manner that enhances the student experience.
In this role, you will provide professional and friendly advice and support within tight timeframes to efficiently resolve or elevate a wide range of student enquiries related to admissions, enrolment, student fees, alternative entry pathways, examinations, graduation and other administrative activities.

Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable you to handle a wide range of enquiries and liaise effectively with people at all levels.

Salary and benefits
We have a cohort of continuing positions available at either our Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast or Lismore campuses.
The HEW 4 base salary ranges from $69,473 - $74,607 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation.
The total remuneration package is up to $87,290 per annum.
