Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is seeking a dedicated Coding Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

This is a flexible opportunity that allows the successful candidate to be based at any hospital within the district.

The role involves regular travel between key sites, supporting collaboration and team leadership across our network.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate clinical coding by leading processes to improve the accuracy of coding through mentoring,

audits, education, query processes, error correction, continuous clinical documentation improvement, coded data analysis and activity based funding education.
