We have a fantastic opportunity now available for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised, Store Person / Delivery Driver
to join our team on a full-time permanent basis delivering rural products for our Lismore retail store and Central Hub as required.
This is not your average delivery job.
You’ll play a hands-on role in a dynamic, community-focused store environment - connecting directly with customers,

- Delivering products safely and reliably to local farms and businesses.
- Navigating rural routes and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.
- Assisting in all areas of rural retailing, including counter sales, merchandising, warehousing and in-store operations when not out on the road.
- Providing friendly, solution-based customer service - at the counter, on the road, and in the yard.
- Helping our customers get what they need, when they need it.
Why This Role is Different
- Diverse and community-facing: One day you’re helping a local grower find what they need, the next you’re delivering essential supplies to a remote farm.

- Grow with us: We invest in our people with ongoing learning, career progression, and supportive teams.
- Enjoy real benefits: Staff discounts, EAP support, our own paid parental leave scheme, in-house leadership training opportunities and being part of a business that values wellbeing, safety, and people-first values.
