As an Educator at Explorers, you'll play a vital role in delivering an enriching learning programme within our new state-of-the-art service.

You'll build meaningful relationships with children and families, ensuring their individual needs are met while working collaboratively with your team to create a supportive and nurturing environment.

As an Educator or Lead Educator, your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with children and families
• Developing and implementing an engaging early childhood programme in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that inspires learning and development
• Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of everyone at the service

About you:

You are an experienced Educator with genuine enthusiasm for and deep commitment to early childhood education.

You bring high energy, a love for nature-based play, and the ability to connect with and nurture children through their developmental journey.

You will demonstrate:

• Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services (Bachelor qualified also eligible)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid Certificate
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYLF
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team
