Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administration Trainee to join our friendly team.

This full-time position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in healthcare administration while completing

a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Business or Health Administration).

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a welcoming reception experience
• Manage phone and email enquiries
• Schedule appointments using PracSuite software
• Assist with invoicing, Medicare and NDIS claims
• Maintain accurate client records and uphold confidentiality
• Provide general administrative support to the therapy team
• Attend and complete all required training and coursework as part of the traineeship

Selection Criteria

Essential:

• Eagerness to learn and develop administrative skills
• Friendly, professional communication style
• Competence with basic computer tasks
• High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
• Eligible to undertake a traineeship

Desirable:

• Interest in mental health, disability, or healthcare services
• Prior experience in customer service or reception (even informal)
• Familiarity with allied health or community support environments
