Rhee Taekwondo is a traditional, non‑competitive martial art in Lismore, open to all ages and fitness levels. Combining Korean Taekwondo techniques with elements of Karate and Kung Fu, Rhee Taekwondo is ideal for fitness, self‑defence and everyday life. Classes focus on dynamic unarmed techniques, including punches, kicks, blocks and interceptions, taught in a fun, family‑friendly and uplifting environment. Rhee Taekwondo is more than fitness and self‑defence; it builds self‑control, self‑discipline, high moral standards, a positive mindset and strong character.
