Northernair Pty Ltd a locally owned & operated company began trading in 1980 employing just 5 staff members. Now in 2018, the company has expanded to a staff of over 30.

At Northernair Pty Ltd we ensure our customers receive air conditioning systems tailored to their individual needs, full service & satisfaction from the one location. To enable us to do this Northernair Pty Ltd employs a fully qualified draftsmen and a highly experienced Estimator.

We operate a fleet of 20 vehicles, most of which are extensively customised for local and remote service, maintenance & electrical work. This ensures our customer’s receive an excellent level of service and quick response times by our highly qualified technicians. Northernair Pty Ltd also provides its customers with a 24-hour emergency breakdown service.

Northernair Pty Ltd has over 300 maintenance contracted sites; with regular clients dating back 30 years.

Many of these contracts are community based involving local hospitals, schools, police stations and local retailers.

Northernair Pty Ltd incorporates an onsite Sheet Metal manufacturing plant that caters for all our ducting requirements. We also have qualified electricians that are available for any electrical works required with your installation.
