Lismore Turf Club AGM will be held on Tuesday, 3rd February at 5:30pm at the Lismore Turf Club.

The business to be conducted at the AGM will include:

• Election of the Board of Directors
• Presentation of the 2023–2024 Financial Statements
• Presentation of the 2024–2025 Financial Statements
• Amendment of the Constitution to bring it into line with the current model constitutions provided by Racing NSW

Nominations for election to the Board of Directors must be submitted in writing and received no later than seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the AGM.
