Hi my name is Kate Cairnduff and I am 48, and passionate about the changes that a healthy lifestyle can bring to peoples lives and those they have in their lives … I will take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining confidence can be challenging.


Together we will get you overcoming hurdles that prevent you reaching your goals. With my many years of experience as a personal trainer I can draw from my extensive Knowledge of many and varied areas of exercise.


Whether it’s strength and conditioning, Pilates, Trx or improved flexibility or group training I can cater for you.

With over 10 years as a successful Personal trainer, I am acutely aware of the importance of individualising exercise programs that suit your physical, mental and fitness goals. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your health and fitness goals.


I also offer group training. Training with friends or meeting new ones is a great way to stay motivated.

I understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.


I would love to work with you to achieve a healthy relationship with exercise. I’ll show you how it can be enjoyable, and by focusing on small goals the big goals will come.
