Lismore Rainforest Botanic Garden Native Bees as Pollinators Walk

Lismore Rainforest Botanic Garden Native Bees as Pollinators Walk

Sat 21 Feb 2026, 11:00 PM - Sun 22 Feb 2026, 12:00 AM

Lismore Rainforest Botanic Gardens, 313 Wyrallah Road, East Lismore

The next guided walk in the Lismore Rainforest Botanic Gardens is on Sunday, February 22 at 10am with Graeme.

This easy, unpaved walk focuses on native bees and the plants they love. Learning about the importance of these stingless bees gives us an opportunity to think more about our own home garden and how we can help invite these happy workers in to dinner at our place.

Wear sturdy shoes, long sleeves, pants and a hat. Bring water.

Morning tea available after the walk in the Visitor's Centre (gold coin donation appreciated).

Email booking is essential as numbers are limited publicity@friendslrbg.com.au.

Meet Graeme at the Environmental Education Centre at 9:45am for a 10am start for a one-hour walk. Turn right just before the weighbridge.

$5 per adult, children free. Now, cash or card.

Friends LRBG is a not-for-profit volunteer organisation that was founded, manages and maintains the Gardens. Thanks for your valued support.
