Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at St Vincent’s Hospital, Lismore, aged 90 years.

Loved and loving Husband of Gwen for 68 years.

Adored Father & Father-in-law of Chris & Vicki, Jayne & Joseph Tandl, Helen (Dec’d), Beth & Doug Flick, Jodie & Andy.

Cherished Pop to his Grandchildren Anna, Peter; Ollie (Dec’d), Alex, Chris; Jessica, Jakob; Tahlia, Ellie, Jamie, Tegan and Jake & their partners.

Loved Poppy John to his 6 Great-Grandchildren.

Loved by the extended Forshaw, Phemister, and Ensby Families.

Family & Friends are invited to the Requiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul for John, to be held at the Evans Head Catholic Church, Wattle Street Evans Head, Thursday, 18 April 2024 commencing at 11:00am. Followed by interment at the Evans Head Catholic Cemetery.
